Build Mass Workout Boot Camp!

My name is Ryan West and I created the Fitness Made Easy platform as a way to help people become fitness successful. The reality is that the exercise is the easy part, getting yourself to the exercise is the hard part.
One of the ways we can help you is through are virtual "Home Body Boot Camps". This one is the Build Mass Workout Boot Camp is designed for anyone who is looking to add mass and/or more muscle. This boot camp takes the magic of resistance band isolation and enhances it to give you workout that you will love.
In this boot camp we put an emphasis on a total body workout that consists of the biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs (glutes) and abs. No cardio with this one and a favorite among guys.
This plan follows a three day a week workout structure that averages about 30 minutes per workout and is 13 weeks in duration. The workouts are easy to follow and ordered so that you can get in and get done with your workout. These workout will burn, build and tone your muscles.

Equipment needed - Resistance Band Tube, Resistance Band Loop, Superband, Xergym Bar, Xercuffs and Anchor.
Please note, this boot camp is designed to build mass which requires a few more tools of the trade. If you cannot locate an "Xergym Bar" at SPRI.COM, just search it in Google!
