My name is Ryan West and I created the Fitness Made Easy platform as a way to help people become fitness successful. The reality is that the exercise is the easy part, getting yourself to the exercise is the hard part.

One of the ways we can help you is through are virtual "Home Body Boot Camps". This one is the Everyday Fit Master Workout Boot Camp is designed for those who are looking for an effective and efficient workout each day. The goal with this boot camp is to keep you moving day to day.

In this boot camp we put an emphasis on a total body workout that consists of the biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs (glutes) and abs. The concept of this boot camp is simple, every day for a small amount of time equals great fitness consistency.

This plan follows a five day a week workout structure that averages 10 minutes per workout and is 15 weeks in duration. The workouts are easy to follow and ordered so that you can get in and get done with your workout. These workout will burn, build and tone your muscles.

Equipment needed - Resistance Band Tube, Resistance Band Loop and Anchor.
