My name is Ryan West and I created the Fitness Made Easy platform as a way to help people become fitness successful. The reality is that the exercise is the easy part, getting yourself to the exercise is the hard part.

One of the ways we can help you is through are virtual "Home Body Boot Camps". This one is the Busy Mom Workout Boot Camp is designed for the all the mom's out there who deserve an efficient and effective workout. This boot camp will help mom's fit in a workout while still being able to take care of everything else.

In this boot camp we put an emphasis on a total body workout that consists of the biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs (glutes) and abs. We also put emphasis on cardio and have a bonus "Busy Mom" workout in this boot camp that you will love.

This plan follows a three day a week workout structure that averages 16 minutes minutes per workout and is 11 weeks in duration. The workouts are easy to follow and ordered so that you can get in and get done with your workout. These workout will burn, build and tone your muscles.
