Hello!

My name is Ryan West and I created the Fitness Made Easy platform as a way to help people become fitness successful. The reality is that the exercise is the easy part, getting yourself to the exercise is the hard part.

One of the ways we can help you is through are virtual "Home Body Boot Camps". This one is the Giant Body Focus Workout Boot Camp is designed for anyone who is eager to have a total body workout spread out over the week. This boot camp is probably my favorite because we isolate the muscles with more individual attention.

In this boot camp we put an emphasis on a total body workout that consists of the biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs (glutes) and abs. We also focus on ab work three times a week to ensure we are building the core.

This plan follows a five day a week workout structure that averages about 30 minutes per workout and is 15 weeks in duration. The workouts are easy to follow and ordered so that you can get in and get done with your workout. These workout will burn, build and tone your muscles.

Equipment needed - Resistance Band Tube, Resistance Band Loop, Superband and Anchor.
